Ab Workout | 4 Exercises for Flat Abs

Tone and define your 6 pack with this ab workout!

Train your abs at home with this simple core workout. It will help you target the muscles that create the 6 pack look! These bodyweight exercises can be done either at home or in the gym as a quick ab sculpting circuit!

2. Military bear
3. Left, middle, right sit up
4. High plank knee to elbow

HOW TO DO IT
Beginner: 30s WORK / 30-60s REST⁣
Intermediate: 40s WORK / 20-30s REST⁣
Advanced: 60s WORK / 10-15s REST⁣

♡Reps & Sets version: 10-20 reps | 10-40s rest⁣ between exercises
♡Complete 3-5 rounds

FORM TIPS
Bicycle crunch: Try to push your lower back into the floor to engage your core and fully extending your leg during the crunch.⁣⁣

Military bear: Complete the exercise with your knees on the ground as an easier modification. Remember to stack your hands directly beneath your shoulders and keep your shoulder blades pulled apart⁣⁣.

Left, middle, right sit up: Lift your upper back up off the ground first and slowly roll up until your lower back is lifted off the ground. Twist at the torso to engage your oblique when reaching for the right and left side.

High plank knee to elbow: Keep your core engaged and hips low during this exercise. Try completing the exercise from your knees if you need need an easier modification.
