Tighten your core with this beginner friendly ab workout!

Train your abs and build a strong core with this ab workout! These exercises can be completed either at home or the gym for a quick 20 minute ab routine.

1. Reverse crunch to kick out⁣⁣⁣
2. Right side plank crunch
3. Left side plank crunch (modification demo)
4. Plank jack knee ins⁣

HOW TO DO IT
Beginner: 30s WORK / 30-60s REST⁣
Intermediate: 40s WORK / 20-30s REST⁣
Advanced: 60s WORK / 10-15s REST⁣

♡Reps & Sets version: 10-20 reps | 10-40s rest⁣ between exercises
♡Complete 3-5 rounds

FORM TIPS
Reverse crunch to kick out⁣⁣⁣: Push your lower back into the floor during this exercise to engage your core⁣.

Side plank crunch: ⁣Complete the modification of this exercise if you find it tough to hold yourself up; remember to flex your core to stabilize yourself throughout the movement⁣.

Plank jack knee ins⁣: Keep your hips low and your hands placed directly below your shoulders⁣.
