Ab Workout | HIIT Core Routine

Train your entire core with this simple home ab workout!

2. Oblique mountain climbers
3. Spiderman plank⁣
4. Scissor legs⁣

HOW TO DO IT
Beginner: 30s WORK / 30-60s REST⁣
Intermediate: 40s WORK / 20-30s REST⁣
Advanced: 60s WORK / 10-15s REST⁣

♡Reps & Sets version: 10-20 reps | 10-40s rest⁣ between exercises
♡Complete 3-5 rounds

FORM TIPS
Plank tuck jumps: Complete a modified version of this exercise if the tuck jump is too difficult. Instead, walk in towards your hands and walk back out⁣.

Oblique mountain climbers: Keep your hips low and bring your knee towards the opposite elbow (it doesn’t have to touch)⁣.

Spiderman plank⁣: Stack your hands directly beneath your shoulders. Also keep your hips low and core engaged⁣.

Scissor legs: ⁣⁣⁣Keep your lower back pressed flat against the floor to protect it from strain and better activate your core. Make this exercise harder by lowering your legs and easier by raising them.
