Butt and Legs Workout | Tone At Home

Life your glutes and tone your thighs with these beginner-friendly home exercises!

All you need is your own bodyweight and a loop band for this butt and legs workout! This low impact routine is knee friendly and is perfect for anyone who is new to working out or is getting back into a fitness routine. Start with 2 rounds of this butt and legs workout if you are a beginner or do 3-4 rounds if you are more experienced!

1. Right low donkey kick to fire hydrant
2. Left low donkey kick to fire hydrant
3. Loop band half squat
4. Glute bridge walk out

HOW TO DO IT
Beginner: 30s WORK / 30-60s REST⁣
Intermediate: 40s WORK / 20-30s REST⁣
Advanced: 60s WORK / 10-15s REST⁣

♡Reps & Sets version: 10-20 reps | 10-40s rest⁣ between exercises
♡Complete 3-5 rounds

FORM TIPS
Low donkey kick to fire hydrant: Use your glutes to lift your leg and kick towards the ceiling. Squeeze at the top of both portions of the exercise and keep your hips square to the floor.

Loop band half squat: Sit back on your heels and squeeze your glutes at the top of the exercise⁣.

Glute bridge walk out: Keep your hips elevated throughout the exercise and avoid arching your back⁣.
