HOW TO DO IT
Beginner: 30s WORK / 30-60s REST
Intermediate: 40s WORK / 20-30s REST
Advanced: 60s WORK / 10-15s REST
♡Reps & Sets version: 10-20 reps | 10-40s rest between exercises
♡Complete 3-5 rounds
Donkey kicks: Brace your core and avoid arching your lower back.
Step backs: Squeeze your glutes when stepping back for better activation
Alternating side leg lifts: Brace your core for additional balance.
Jump squats: If you need a modification, squat down without jumping in between. Remember to push your knees outwards to engage your abductors (aka side booty😍).
