Core Workout | Tone And Tighten Your Abs

Do this core workout to train your abs at home with no equipment!

Try this core workout as a simple and effective routine to target your abs and strengthen your entire core! All you need is your bodyweight and 20 minutes to crush this workout.

1. Bear hold with donkey kicks⁣⁣⁣
2. Spiderman mountain climbers
3. Left knee drives
4. Right knee drives⁣

HOW TO DO IT
Beginner: 30s WORK / 30-60s REST⁣
Intermediate: 40s WORK / 20-30s REST⁣
Advanced: 60s WORK / 10-15s REST⁣

♡Reps & Sets version: 10-20 reps | 10-40s rest⁣ between exercises
♡Complete 3-5 rounds

FORM TIPS
Bear hold with donkey kicks⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣: ⁣⁣If you need an easier modification, do this exercise with your knees on the ground. Remember to engage your core and keep your back straight!⁣

Spiderman mountain climbers: Keep your hips low during this exercise and stack your hands directly beneath your shoulders.⁣

Knee drives: Start slowly and slowly increase your pace as your feel more confident with the exercise⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣.
