HOW TO DO IT
Beginner: 30s WORK / 30-60s REST
Intermediate: 40s WORK / 20-30s REST
Advanced: 60s WORK / 10-15s REST
♡Reps & Sets version: 10-20 reps | 10-40s rest between exercises
♡Complete 3-5 rounds
Seated knee tucks: Avoid using your arms to push yourself up; use your abs to bring your knee towards your chest.
Bear hold to renegade row: If you need an easier modification, complete this exercise with your knees down and step back one leg at a time for the renegade row.
Full body crunches: Keep your legs hovering over the ground when you extend your body and hug your knees towards your chest for the “crunch”.
Plank hip twist: Keep your hips low during the exercise. If you need an easier modification, complete a regular low or high plank without the hip twist.
Want to increase the intensity?! Combine the workout with this lower body workout and complete all 8 exercises for each round.
