This low impact workout targets multiple muscle groups to give you the most bang for your buck in just 20 minutes! This full body dumbbell workout is perfect for anyone with a busy schedule who needs a quick and effective resistance workout.

1. Tricep push up right leg lift
2. Tricep push up left leg lift
3. Alternating curtsey lunge to bicep curl
4. Burpee to shoulder press
5. Glute bridge chest press
HOW TO DO IT
Beginner: 30s WORK / 30-60s REST
Intermediate: 40s WORK / 20-30s REST
Advanced: 60s WORK / 10-15s REST
♡Reps & Sets version: 10-20 reps | 10-40s rest between exercises
♡Complete 3-5 rounds
Tricep push up right leg lift: Tuck your elbows and maintain a neutral spine while lowering your forehead toward the ground. Squeeze your glutes at the top of the leg lift.
Alternating curtsey lunge to bicep curl: Step diagonally backward and sink straight down; keep your knees behind your toes. Squeeze your biceps for better activation during the curl
Burpee to shoulder press: Keep your core engaged throughout the exercise and avoid arching your back during the shoulder press.
Glute bridge chest press: Squeeze your glutes at the top of the bridge and avoid locking out your elbows during the chest press.
