Use resistance bands to target your major muscle groups with this home workout!
Resistance bands will help you build strength and stamina without dumbbells or weights. This is super convenient if you don’t have access to the gym or simply prefer to work out from the comfort of your home. Resistance bands will take your home fitness routine to the next level. Don’t forget to grab the bar too for more exercise options!

HOW TO DO IT
Beginner: 30s WORK / 30-60s REST
Intermediate: 40s WORK / 20-30s REST
Advanced: 60s WORK / 10-15s REST
♡Reps & Sets version: 10-20 reps | 10-40s rest between exercises
♡Complete 3-5 rounds
Back squats: Point your toes slightly outward and push your hips back as though you are about to sit on a chair behind you. Keep your back flat and core engaged.
Shoulder press: Squeeze your abs and glutes as you press the bar upwards – this will help protect your lower back during the exercise.
Pull downs: Focus on pulling your shoulder blades down at the start of the exercises and squeeze your upper back at the end of each rep.
Standing hip abductions: Keep your hips square and use your abductors (aka side booty!) to lift your leg.
