Full Body Toning Workout

Work your full body with these 4 exercises!

These exercises can be done from the comfort of your home and will work all of your major muscle groups. Grab two dumbbells and get sculpting!

1. Snap jumps to bicep curls⁣⁣⁣
2. Glute bridge to chest press⁣⁣⁣
3. Sit up to front press⁣⁣⁣
4. Burpee to jump squat⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

HOW TO DO IT
Beginner: 30s WORK / 30-60s REST⁣
Intermediate: 30 WORK / 15-30s REST⁣
Advanced: 30s WORK / 10-15s REST⁣

♡Reps & Sets Version: 10-20 reps | 10-40s rest⁣ between exercises
♡Complete 3-5 rounds

FORM TIPS
Snap jumps to bicep curls: Engage your core as your jump back to protect your lower back⁣⁣⁣

Glute bridge to chest press: Raise your hips as high as you can off the ground and SQUEEZE your glutes!⁣⁣⁣

Sit up to front press⁣⁣: Use your abs to ROLL your body up from the ground. Keep the weight around shoulder height when pressing forward

Burpee to jump squat: Keep your core engaged throughout the exercise and try a modified version (i.e. stepping back instead of jumping back) if this exercise is too challenging⁣⁣⁣
