Try these 4 HIIT workout power moves to torch calories and burn fat!

This quick HIIT workout is small space friendly and can help you get amazing results from home! HIIT workouts are a great option for anyone who wants to maintain muscle mass while losing fat.

1. Alternating lateral lunge reaches⁣⁣⁣
2. Scorpion burpees
3. Right lunge to front kick
4. Left lunge to front kick
5. Rotating hip hops

HOW TO DO IT
Beginner: 30s WORK / 30-60s REST⁣
Intermediate: 40s WORK / 20-30s REST⁣
Advanced: 60s WORK / 10-15s REST⁣

♡Reps & Sets version: 10-20 reps | 10-40s rest⁣ between exercises
♡Complete 3-5 rounds

FORM TIPS
Alternating lateral lunge reaches: Keep your core engaged and back straight. Start slowly until you feel more comfortable with the exercise, and then slowly increase your speed⁣.

Scorpion burpees: As an easier modification, simply lift your leg and don’t cross it over. Remember not to let your lower back arch during this exercise!⁣

Lunge to front kick⁣: ⁣Brace your core for better balance. If you need a modification, simply step forward instead of kicking⁣.

Rotating hip hops⁣⁣: Swivel at the hips instead of the whole torso⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣.
