Looking for a leg workout to target the inner thigh area? This leg workout has you covered! These bodyweight exercises target the large muscle groups in your lower body which will help you burn more calories and get better results from your lower body workout.

1. Laying adductor lift⁣⁣
2. Alternating lateral lunges
3. Plank sit thrus
4. Cross squat jacks

HOW TO DO IT
Beginner: 30s WORK / 30-60s REST⁣
Intermediate: 40s WORK / 20-30s REST⁣
Advanced: 60s WORK / 10-15s REST⁣

♡Reps & Sets version: 10-20 reps | 10-40s rest⁣ between exercises
♡Complete 3-5 rounds

FORM TIPS
Laying adductor lift⁣⁣: Rest your head on your arm and position your hips so that you have enough space for a full range of motion. Keep your leg flexed throughout the exercise.

Alternating lateral lunges: Sit back into your heel and get down as low as you can⁣.

Plank sit thrus: Start slowly and increase the pace as you become more comfortable with the exercise. Remember to keep your core engaged throughout the exercise⁣.

Cross squat jacks: Sit back like you’re sitting into a chair and keep your arms at shoulder height.
