Try this lower body workout to build strong legs! These resistance exercises are super efficient at spiking your metabolism because they target the largest muscle groups in your body – all you need is 20 minutes!

1. Banded lateral walks
2. Squat hip twist
3. Goblet squat to reverse lunge
4. Right loop band hamstring curl
5. Left loop band hamstring curl
HOW TO DO IT
Beginner: 30s WORK / 30-60s REST
Intermediate: 40s WORK / 20-30s REST
Advanced: 60s WORK / 10-15s REST
♡Reps & Sets version: 10-20 reps | 10-40s rest between exercises
♡Complete 3-5 rounds
Banded lateral walks: Point your toes and knees outward during this exercise (don’t let them collapse inward!)
Squat hip twist: Stay within your own range of motion. Remember to keep your core engaged and back flat when squatting.
Goblet squat to reverse lunge: Keep the weight close to your body and push your hips back like you’re sitting into a chair. When lunging, sink straight down and avoid excessively leaning forward or backward.
Loop band hamstring curl: Keep your hips flat on the ground and squeeze for one second for better muscle activation. Make sure to look the band under your other foot to hold it in place for the working leg.
