Build and lift your glutes with this low impact lower body workout!
Ready to breathe some life into your booty?! All you need is a set of dumbbells and 20 mins to do this lower body workout. Compound lower body exercises will build glute strength for injury prevention and add curves which will skyrocket your confidence!

1. Feet elevated glute bridge
2. Left single leg dumbbell deadlift
3. Right single leg dumbbell deadlift
4. Reverse lunge with 3 pulses
HOW TO DO IT
Beginner: 30s WORK / 30-60s REST
Intermediate: 40s WORK / 20-30s REST
Advanced: 60s WORK / 10-15s REST
♡Reps & Sets version: 10-20 reps | 10-40s rest between exercises
♡Complete 3-5 rounds
Feet elevated glute bridge: Push through your heels and drive your hips all the way up. Don’t forget to squeeze your glutes at the top!
Single leg dumbbell deadlift: Brace your abs to improve your balance and focus on keeping the dumbbell close to your leg throughout the exercise. Remember to keep your back straight throughout the entire exercise!
Reverse lunge with 3 pulses: Take a big step back and sink straight down (avoid leaning excessively backward or forward). Protect your knees by creating a 90 degree angle in your front leg.
