Total Body Toning Routine

Sculpt at home with this full body routine!

Check out this full body sculpting routine that can be done from the comfort of your home! Use a dumbbell or an item between 5 and 10lbs from around your home!

EXERCISES (click the image to view demos!)
1. Alternating lunge to dumbbell overhead raise⁣⁣
2. Deadlift to front raise
3. Tricep dips
4. Tuck jumps⁣⁣

HOW TO DO IT
Beginner: 30s WORK / 30s REST⁣
Intermediate: 30 WORK / 15s REST⁣
Advanced: 30s WORK / 10s REST⁣

♡Reps & Sets Version: 10-20 reps | 10-40s rest⁣ between exercises
♡Complete 3-5 rounds

FORM TIPS
Alternating lunge to dumbbell overhead raise⁣⁣: Create a 90 degree angle with your front leg when sinking down into the lunge (this will help protect your knees)⁣⁣

Deadlift to front raise: Focus on hinge more at the HIPS and less at the knees. Avoid using momentum to raise the dumbbells and focus on using your arms and shoulders to get the weight up⁣⁣

Tricep dips: Raise your hips off of the floor and bend at the elbows. Keep your shoulders down and away from your ears during this exercise⁣ ⁣

Tuck jumps⁣⁣: Complete either jump squats or bodyweight squats if this movement is too difficult⁣
